Production characteristics Ceramiche Musa. The hand-working of our tiles involves the imperfect uniformity of the brushstrokes, shades and colors. Since this is artisanal production, color tones and the invoice may not be identical to previous productions.


Right of withdrawal. The customer accepts that the order does not provide for any right of withdrawal or rethinking of material produced specifically for the customer as required by the law that expressly protects the case.

Installation. The customer is aware that in order to obtain a harmonious choice and distribution of the tiles before laying, he will have to place the material dry on the floor for an appropriate evaluation.

Terms of delivery. The delivery term of the goods affixed in the order is indicative, since the artisan production is subject to unpredictable technical times and to the timing of the suppliers.

Vector damage. The products and the goods, even if sold ex-arrival or free of charge by the customer, travel at the risk and danger of the latter (the responsibility of Ceramiche Musa ends with the delivery to the carrier). The unloading of products and goods is considered on the ground, any transport to the floor is borne by the customer.

Complaints and disputes. The products and goods must be checked at the time of delivery to the customer by the carrier and, in any case, no later than 15 days from the date of delivery. The customer's complaint must be made in writing to the address [email protected] detailing the nature of the complaint and enclosing an exhaustive photographic proof. To extend the period for a further 15 days, the customer must present this at the time of order for acceptance of Ceramiche Musa.

Installed material. The laid material, according to the law, is considered accepted and does not entitle to claims or disputes.

Warranty. Any quality defects, if reported, ascertained and recognized, only provide for the right to replace the defective material. Ceramiche Musa may in some cases (not have to) offer a discount.

Payment terms. The contractual terms for payment accepted by the customer must be respected. exceeding the dates set for the relative remittances will automatically determine the affixing of legal interest charged to the customer calculated at the minimum legal rate for current account overdrafts.

Court of law. For any disputes the competent court is that of Rome.
